Lighting Design
Under-cabinet task lighting, recessed ceiling lights, pendant fixtures over islands, and dimmable controls. All electrical work permitted and inspected through Lee or Collier County.
Plumbing & Fixtures
Sink installation, faucet upgrades, garbage disposal, dishwasher connections, and supply line updates. Licensed plumbers handle all behind-the-wall work. Everything to code.
Appliance Installation
We coordinate appliance delivery and handle installation, including electrical and gas connections. Built-in ovens, cooktops, range hoods, and panel-ready refrigerators.
Flooring
Tile, luxury vinyl plank, and hardwood that transitions cleanly into your kitchen. Proper subfloor prep for Florida's humidity. We handle removal of old flooring and all trim work.
